Well, Rich finally decided to leave Mayberry and move to Boulder to try to have a social life!

This is his new small but cute house that is nicely tucked between the Pearl Street Mall and the foothills:
It is in a subdivision called Beacon Square, and reminds me (a little :-) of old-town Boston! Here is the view from the road:
Believe it or not, that is a rooftop deck on top of the house!!! OK, so we'll start with the front door:
And then moving up to the main level, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, and an outdoor deck:
Then, upstairs, is the master bedroom, a bath, and a smaller outdoor deck:
Then, up the ladder is the rooftop deck and view of the foothills of Boulder:
Now, back downstairs are two more bedrooms and another bath:
And now for the best part!!! A block away are hiking trails where dogs can be off leash:
And then five blocks in the other direction, the Pearl Street Mall starts with an awesome market:
And then are the West End shops:
Restaurants with outdoor seating are everywhere:
And then is the actual walking mall:
I think I am going to like Boulder!
